Terms and Conditions
Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. By booking any bamboo removal services with [Your Company Name], you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Monitoring Visit & Guarantee
- All jobs provided by Surrey Bamboo Removal come with a monitoring visit and a guarantee, unless bamboo is knowingly left on the property for a herbicide treatment.
- If bamboo is left intentionally for a herbicide treatment, this will void the guarantee. In such cases, we will provide a treatment plan that acts similarly to a guarantee.
2. Deposits
- Not all jobs require a deposit. Whether a deposit is required depends on the duration of the job.
- For long-term or large-scale projects, a deposit may be requested to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be discussed and agreed upon prior to confirming the job.
3. Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled job start date. Cancellations made within this 72-hour window will incur a 25% cancellation fee of the total price of the job.
- If you cancel within the 72-hour period, we will require payment of 25% of the job price to cover administrative and scheduling costs.
4. Rescheduling
- If you need to reschedule your job, we will allow one rescheduling at no extra charge, as long as the new booking is confirmed and agreed upon.
- The rescheduled date must be booked and confirmed within a reasonable time frame.
- Rescheduling will not incur a charge, except in the case of emergency circumstances. Additional reschedules will incur a charge at the discretion of Surrey Bamboo Removal.
5. Emergency Circumstances
- If an emergency arises that requires rescheduling or alteration to your job, we will accommodate the situation without additional fees if it falls under genuine emergency circumstances. We kindly request that any emergencies be communicated as early as possible.
6. Payment Terms
- Payments for services are due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed.
- For jobs requiring deposits, the balance must be paid on the day of job completion.

7. Service Availability
- We make every effort to complete jobs on time and as scheduled. However, Surrey Bamboo Removal is not liable for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions or material supply issues.

- We are committed to providing a professional and high-quality service. However, we are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, or any unforeseen complications not related to our service.
- Any warranties provided are subject to the terms stated above, particularly regarding herbicide treatments and root removal.
9. Health and Safety
