All jobs come with a monitoring visit & Guarantee unless bamboo is knowingly left on the property for a herbicide treatment. This cancels the guarantee out, however we do provide a treatment plan that acts similar to a guarantee
Not all jobs come with a deposit, this depends on how long the job is booked in for.
Any Cancelations need to be made 72 hours before the job start date. If you cancel within the 72 hour period then we require a 25% payment of the price of the job.
If however, you just need to reschedule then as long as this is booked in and confirmed. There will be no charge, we only allow one rescheduling to take place. Unless of course circumstances are an emergency
